Orders are processed after successful payment authorization. Processing times may vary during product launches, promotional periods, holidays, and periods of high order volume.

Once your order ships, available tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges are presented during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside Tee Time Club's control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact TTC as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

If you have an issue with your TTC order or would like to request a return, contact us with your order number and the item or items involved.

Return eligibility may depend on the condition of the merchandise, product type, reason for return, and other circumstances associated with the order.

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, merchandise submitted for return should be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with applicable packaging and tags.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, contact Tee Time Club as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate so we can review the problem.

Approved refunds are returned to the applicable original payment method where possible. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a completed refund.
